Dinner offers a large variety of choices. The menu has something for everyone, perfect appetizers for sharing, great burgers & sandwiches, a variety of grilled flatbreads, fresh crisp salads, and creative entrees. Vegetarian and gluten friendly options are peppered throughout the menu, and since we know exactly what goes into our food we can accommodate any dietary restrictions. Our dinner specials feature unique and local items when available, from Maine beef, vegetables, and cheeses, to chef foraged wild mushrooms, fresh lobster and fiddleheads from the woods of Maine. Fresh, in house, preparation sets us apart.
Make sure to leave room for the dessert. We make all of our desserts in house. You have to try our lava cake, unlike any other you may have had. The dessert menu changes often to bring you the best the season has to offer.
Once a month we host an amazing 5 course dinner paired with either wine, beer, or liquor. It’s a great evening for the chefs, who come out from the kitchen to explain each course, techniques used with the ingredients, how we incorporated it into the dish, and why it brings out the best of the accompanying beverage. Company representatives join us as well to give you deeper knowledge on the pairing. These are exclusive events that allow the chefs to really bring their talents to the table.
